Impact 2010: Think Nationally!

On November 2nd, millions of Americans will head to the polls to show their dissatisfaction with a Congress that spent recklessly, lacked accountability, and refused to listen to the will of the American people. Your vote will make a difference, but we can do even more if we work together to make a big impact on the national stage.

How can you make a difference in elections in other states?  You don’t have to travel.  (Though, if you’re really passionate about a candidate, you can.  Just be sure to vote absentee before you leave town!)  You can impact elections anywhere in the U.S. from your own home.

Here are 3 things you can do to help a candidate anywhere, in just 3-5 minutes:

  1. Donate to your favorite candidates. They need money in order to get their message out to voters with TV and radio ads, as well as campaign literature.  Click through to their campaign websites using the links below, or click here for a list of mailing addresses.

  2. “Like” your favorite candidates on Facebook. With just two clicks, you can help raise the profile of your favorite candidates. All your Facebook friends can see which candidates you like, and it will help increase traffic to the candidate’s page.

    1. Click the “f” logo next to a candidate’s name in the list below to go to his or her Facebook page.
    2. Click the “Like” button on the candidate’s Facebook page.
  3. Check in daily at Liberty Central for more ideas. Each day, Liberty Central brings you more activism tips, updates on critical issues and races, and pieces that motivate you to keep active.

When we wake up on November 3, we do not want to be haunted by the time and money we could have invested to make a bigger difference in Washington.  Now is the time to focus and help, with a national lens, not just a local one, to restore the greatness of our country at the ballot box.

Enjoy this video which we’ve created to inspire you to action, and then explore our list of target races below to decide where you can make the biggest impact.

Together, let’s make a difference on November 2!!  Come on in and bring a friend!
